“铁路运输过程中货物的各种惯性力力值研究”已由北方交通大学运输系、铁科机辆所共同完成,并于1月10日通过部级鉴定.30多年来我国铁路货物运输加固计算一直沿用苏联50年代确定的力值标准.这套标准不完全符合我国铁路运输实际,而且苏联也早已不用了.为了给装载加固提供科学依据,通过实验研究,得出了在正常运输条件下最不利的工况时各种惯性力的建议力值。
