我局1986年在上海施工面积达742万m~2,竣工281万m~2,交付高层建筑34幢,实际完成建安工作量142972万元,1987年计划施工面积800万m~2。由于上海人口稠密,原有的建筑密度高,用地异常紧张;近年来高层建筑逐年增多;地下设施的工程量也增加较快;因而施工难度愈来愈大。1987年新开工高层就有135幢,面积172.6万m~2,加上上年接转的项目1987年施工的高层建筑达310幢,面积415万m~2,占全局施工面的50.7%,预计1988年还有增长的趋势。1987年6月完成的黄浦江引水顶管工程非同
In 1986, the Bureau had a construction area of 7.42 million m2 in Shanghai and completed 2.81 million m2 in delivery to 34 high-rise buildings. The actual completion of Jian’an’s workload was 142.729 million yuan. In 1987, the planned construction area was 8 million m2. Due to the dense population of Shanghai, the original building density is high, and the land is extremely tight. In recent years, high-rise buildings have been increasing year by year; the amount of underground facilities has also increased rapidly; therefore, construction has become increasingly difficult. In 1987, there were 135 new buildings with an area of 1.726 million m2. The number of high-rise buildings constructed in 1987 was 310, with an area of 4.15 million m2, accounting for 50.7% of the overall construction surface.
