文章通过文献复习,对中国现阶段社区卫生服务网络建设和管理模式作了综述,内容涉及当前城市社区卫生服务的主要管理模式、中小城市社区卫生服务网络建设及管理模式、由医院承办社区卫生服务机构的管理模式、农村社区卫生服务网络建设的现状与做法、现阶段社区卫生服务中心的管理模式、综合性医院发展社区卫生服务网络的模式等。作者认为这些经验、方法和模式对构建城市基层和农村卫生服务新体系有积极作用,在不同程度上完善了我国卫生服务体制,值得总结,也值得继续实践和探究。
The article reviewed the current community health service network construction and management mode in China, covering the main management modes of current urban community health service, community health service network construction and management mode in small and medium-sized cities, and the hospital undertaking community health service The management mode of institutions, the status quo and practices of rural community health service network construction, the management mode of community health service centers at this stage and the mode of developing community health service network in general hospitals. The author believes that these experiences, methods and models have played a positive role in building a new system of urban grassroots and rural health services. To some extent, they have perfected the health service system in our country. They are worth summarizing and are worthy of continuous practice and exploration.
