南海神狐海域天然气水合物钻探岩心SH2B、SH7B沉积物主要由陆源碎屑矿物、粘土矿物和生物碳酸盐组成。碎屑矿物种类比较单一,主要以石英、白云母、斜长石、正长石等轻矿物为主,其他矿物含量很低;而粘土矿物主要为伊利石、蒙脱石(包括伊蒙混层),两者总量在65%以上,而绿泥石、高岭石含量相对较低,总量在30%左右,其粘土矿物组合显示了物源多源性的特点。
The SH2B and SH7B sediments of Shenhu sea gas hydrate drilling core in the South China Sea are mainly composed of terrigenous detrital minerals, clay minerals and biological carbonates. The types of detrital minerals are relatively simple, mainly consisting of light minerals such as quartz, muscovite, plagioclase and orthoclase, and other minerals are very low. The clay minerals are mainly illite, montmorillonite (including Yimeng mixed layer) The total amount of chlorite and kaolinite is relatively low, with a total amount of about 30%. The clay mineral assemblage shows the multi-source nature of the provenance.
