以织金无裙荪为试材,采用桦槁树生料、熟料和发酵料层架式筐栽方法,研究不同培养料对无裙荪菌丝、菌蛋、子实体生长发育情况和产量表现的影响。结果表明:处理2(桦槁木材截断为长5~7cm,宽3~4cm的节段)菌丝浓密、粗壮,无裙荪菌蛋产量(2.417kg/筐)、平均产量(干品荪,116.0g/筐)、生物转化率最高(47.45%),经F测验及多重比较,处理2与其它处理间存在显著差异,可推广应用。处理3(熟料袋栽)菌丝生长速度快,菌蛋产量、干荪产量和生物转化率表现很好,配方进一步优化后,可实现工厂化生产。
