CCD在计算机、摄像及信息处理等方面有广泛的用途,本文着重归纳和介绍CCD的特点及在雷达信号处理领域中的应用,讨论了它的原理和作用,为了说明CCD特有的性能还将它与模拟技术,数字技术做了比较,并介绍了我们已经做过的MTI雷达对消器及单通道频谱分析器的试验结果和看法,对于CCD本身的工作原理及工作状态的分析不是本文的任务,只是为了便于理解而概述,从本文可以看出,凡数字技术或模拟技术能够处理的功能CCD器件几乎都可以处理,因此它是七十年代信号处理技术的一项重大发展。
CCD has a wide range of applications in computer, camera and information processing. This paper summarizes and introduces the characteristics of CCD and its application in the field of radar signal processing, and discusses its principle and function. In order to illustrate the unique performance of CCD, Compared with analog technology and digital technology, this paper also introduces the experimental results and opinions of the MTI radar canceller and single-channel spectrum analyzer that we have done. It is not the task of this paper to analyze the working principle and working status of the CCD itself , Just for ease of understanding and overview, it can be seen from this article, any digital technology or analog technology capable of processing almost all of the CCD device can handle it, so it is a seventies signal processing technology, a major development.
