Savir sky H.把两个抗线虫的同源自交不育株用抗病的异源植株授粉。第一个同源株所有后代及正反交的88%后代抗线虫。第二个同源株传给后代抗性为100%,正反交株传给后代抗性100%。同源抗病系由两种方法产生:(1)把F_1杂交种进行异交配,以增加并保持把抗性传给有后代的同源和异源株的基本组合。第一个同源株的49个F_1代把14.3%的抗性传给后代。第二个同源株的后代把56.3%的抗性传给100%后代;(2)不耐病株用抗病F_1后代授粉,在与第一个同源株杂交的77个F_1,把23.0%的抗性传给后代。在与第二个同源株杂交的34个F_1,把55.9%的抗线虫传给后代。
Savir sky H. Two nematode resistant homologous inbred lines were pollinated with resistant allogeneic plants. The first offspring of homologous strains and 88% progeny of reciprocal crossbres were resistant to nematodes. The second homologous strain passed on to the offspring was 100% resistant and the progeny and anti-crossbred strains passed 100% offspring resistance. Homologous resistance is produced by two methods: (1) outcrossing F_1 hybrids to increase and maintain a basic combination of homologous and heterologous strains that convey resistance to future generations. Forty-nine F1 generations from the first homologous strain passed 14.3% of the resistance to their offspring. The offspring of the second homologous strain passed 56.3% of the resistance to 100% of the offspring; (2) the impatient strain was pollinated with the resistant F1 progeny and 77 F_1 crossed with the first homologous strain, 23.0% Resistance to the offspring. Of the 34 F_1 hybridized with the second homolog, 55.9% of the resistant nematodes were passed on to offspring.
