塑性变形是液态金属静压成形过程所不可缺少的、必要的和充分的条件之一。给出液态金属静压成形件的组合体的假设,即塑性体——脆性体——粘性体。通过平冲头压制下钢液态静压成形实例,根据液态静压成形件尺寸和外形变比、宏观组织观察、微观组织观察和断口象貌观察,给出塑性变形的特征。给出液态金属静压成形时塑性变形与工艺参数——比压和保压时间之间约定性关系。
Plastic deformation is one of the indispensable, necessary and sufficient conditions for the liquid metal hydrostatic forming process. The assumption of a combination of hydrostatic hydroforming parts is given as plastomer-brittle body-viscous body. The static state of hydrostatic forming was simulated by flat punch, and the characteristics of plastic deformation were given according to the dimensions of hydrostatic hydroforming parts, the ratio of external shape, macro-structure observation, microstructure observation and fracture surface appearance observation. The plastic deformation and process parameters of liquid metal hydrostatic forming are given - the relationship between specific pressure and dwell time.
