随着国家经济体制的不断改革,社会的发展情况也发生了巨大的变化,人们的生活方式变得多样化,思想文化更加多元化。但市场经济在发展的过程中有一定的不足,导致职工的人生观、价值观存在很大的偏差,一些不良的社会风气不断的盛行,大大减退了职工的奉献精神和服务质量。此外,经济体制的改革,使得职工面对的问题越来越严重,例如:工资、住房、养老等都得不到有效的保障,加重了职工的心理负担和生活负担。本文通过对现今社会企业女职工工作状况进行了系统的分析,提出新的挑战,创新工作的思路和方法。
With the constant reform of the national economic system, social development has undergone tremendous changes. People’s life style has become diversified and their ideology and culture become more diverse. However, the market economy has some deficiencies in the process of development, leading to a great deviation in the outlook on life and values of employees. Some bad social ethos continue to prevail, greatly reducing the dedication and service quality of the staff and workers. In addition, the reform of the economic system has made the staff and workers face more and more serious problems. For example, wages, housing and pension are not effectively guaranteed, which adds to the psychological burden and living burden on the staff. This paper systematically analyzes the current situation of women workers in social enterprises, puts forward new challenges and ideas and methods of innovation work.
