随着国际旅游业的发展,中国涉外导游的地位越来越凸显出来,同时,人们对从业人员的要求也越来越高。本文针对河北省涉外导游人员进行了一系列的资质调研,通过总结与分析,指出,河北省的专职涉外导游人员无论是数量还是资质,在某种程度上并不能满足本省国际旅游业的发展,而且在职培训并没有引起相关部门的足够重视。文章指出,涉外导游的培养应该是一个连续的过程,需要监管部门、用人单位、培养学校、以及职工本人等多方合作。
With the development of international tourism, the status of China’s foreign tour guides has become more and more prominent. At the same time, people’s requirements for employees are also getting higher and higher. In this paper, a series of qualification research is conducted for foreign tour guides in Hebei Province. Through summarizing and analyzing, it is pointed out that the number of full-time foreign tour guides in Hebei province can not satisfy the development of international tourism in our province to a certain extent, And on-the-job training did not cause enough attention of relevant departments. The article pointed out that the training of foreign tour guides should be a continuous process, requiring supervision departments, employers, training schools, as well as staff and other multi-party cooperation.
