目的:比较野生与种植黄芩茎叶总黄酮胶囊溶出度的差别。方法:参照已有的黄芩茎叶总黄酮胶囊溶出度的测定方法,依据2005年版中国药典二部附录XC采用浆法测定,用pH7.2的磷酸盐缓冲液作为溶出介质,转速100 r/min,以野黄芩苷为对照品通过紫外分光光度法检测。结果:45 min时的溶出率均大于75%。结论:利用野生黄芩茎叶或种植黄芩茎叶提取的总黄酮制成的胶囊的溶出度均符合要求。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the differences in dissolution of total flavonoid capsules between wild and planted Scutellaria baicalensis stems and leaves. Method: According to the existing methods for the determination of the dissolution rate of the total flavonoid capsules of stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, according to the appendix XC of the second edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2005 edition, the pulp method was used, and the pH 7.2 phosphate buffer was used as the dissolution medium. The speed was 100 r/min. , Determination of scutellarin as a reference substance by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results: The dissolution rate was greater than 75% at 45 min. Conclusion: The dissolution of capsules made from the total flavonoids extracted from the stems and leaves of wild astragalus or the stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis planted were all satisfactory.
