家族制在中国的存在已经有历史。这是一个以血缘为纽带而形成一个权力中心。在商业社会里,家族制的作用一直在延续着生长着变化着。在中国企业拥有了一个20年发展的经历之后,再来看家族制,也应该是对家族制说不的时候了。说不自然有说不的理由。第一个,家族制对能人依赖的习惯性惰性。这种惰性的形成原因是能人在初期对企业的决定性影响,但在后期一定会出现断档。在创业者大伞之下好日子先过的心理就演变成了对能人依赖的习惯性惰性。
