高等职业教育作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,有数据显示,高职院校学生数量已占到高校学生总数的一半以上,从上世纪末我国高校开始扩招,经过十多年的发展,大学从精英教育逐渐实现了向大众教育过渡,本科院校的规模扩大,留给高职院校的生源质量下降,高等职业教育质量令人担忧,特别是党的十八大报告中指出教育事业中最核心的内容就是要提高高等教育质量,高等职业教育在高教中如何找准自己应有的位置？如何提高高职教育质量？这些问题已摆在我们面前,本文对德国教育理念的定位深入剖析,试图为我国高等职业教育持续健康发展找到一些有益之策。
