采用Al-P中间合金对B390铝合金熔体进行了变质处理,对比分析了未变质与变质后压铸合金的微观组织。结果表明:变质后,组织中初晶硅的尺寸、形状及分布得到显著改善,过共晶B390铝合金的初晶硅是许多细小、分布均匀且也较为规则的形状;经过变质后的初晶硅边角圆化,且共晶硅更细小、弥散。所以,Al-P中间合金起到了高效且稳定的变质效果。
The Al-P master alloy was used to modify the melt of B390 aluminum alloy, and the microstructure of the unalloyed and deteriorated die-cast alloy was comparatively analyzed. The results show that the size, shape and distribution of primary Si in the microstructure have been significantly improved after metamorphism. The primary Si in the hypereutectic B390 aluminum alloy is many fine, uniform and regular shape. After the metamorphic primary crystal Silicon corner round, and eutectic silicon more small, dispersed. Therefore, Al-P master alloy has played an efficient and stable deterioration effect.
