采用二次正交旋转回归设计方法,探讨了3种生物菌肥的4种施肥方案对草莓果实果胶含量的影响,研究日光温室生物菌肥的效应。结果表明:4种施肥方案对草莓果实果胶含量均有影响;适合浓度时,不同的施肥方案交互使用具有相互促进的作用,而浓度较高时,交互使用会产生拮抗作用。本研究以施肥方案为决策变量,以草莓果实果胶含量为目标函数,建立草莓果实果胶含量与参数因子间的数学模型,同时确定了提高草莓果实果胶含量的最佳施肥方案:EM液体喷施1.9598~2.0403 g/L、绿康微液体喷施1.9005~2.0995 g/L、A50液体喷施0.712~0.788 g/L、A50粉末土壤施用1.4155~1.5845kg/667m2。
The quadratic orthogonal rotation regression method was used to investigate the effect of four kinds of fertilizers on the pectin content of strawberry fruits and the effects of bio-fertilizer on solar greenhouse. The results showed that all the four fertilization schemes had effects on the pectin content of strawberry fruit. When the concentration was suitable, the interaction between different fertilization schemes could promote each other. When the concentration was high, the antagonistic effect would be produced by interaction. In this study, the fertilization program as a decision variable, the strawberry fruit pectin content as the objective function, the establishment of strawberry fruit pectin content and the mathematical model between parameters, and to determine the strawberry fruit pectin content to improve the best fertilization program: EM liquid Spraying 1.9598 ~ 2.0403 g / L, spraying Lvkang liquid from 1.9005 ~ 2.0995 g / L, spraying A50 liquid from 0.712 ~ 0.788 g / L and applying A15 powder to soil from 1.4155 ~ 1.5845kg / 667m2.
