目的建立水源水中氯丁二烯的毛细管气相色谱检测方法。方法样品在60℃水浴中平衡20 min后,采用抽气顶空进样法,GC-火焰离子化检测器(FID)检测,外标法定量。结果方法检出限为0.53μg/L,加标回收率为91.2%~102.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.2%~8.5%。线性范围为0.002~0.40 mg/L。结论该法可用于水源水中氯丁二烯的检测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of chloroprene in drinking water by capillary gas chromatography. Methods The samples were equilibrated in a water bath at 60 ℃ for 20 min. The headspace sampling, GC-flame ionization detector (FID) and external standard were used. Results The detection limit of the method was 0.53 μg / L, the spiked recoveries ranged from 91.2% to 102.8%, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) ranged from 4.2% to 8.5%. The linear range is 0.002 ~ 0.40 mg / L. Conclusion This method can be used to detect chloroprene in water.
