储氢材料性能测试主要包括PCT曲线和动力学曲线的测试,一般采用基于容量法原理的测试装置完成。由于测试方法决定测试结果对氢气泄漏非常敏感,因此在进行相关测试之前有必要对系统的泄漏率进行评估。为了使泄漏率评估过程更加科学、规范、可靠、具有效率,本文对有关泄漏率的测试原理,流程和关键要点进行了系统介绍,详细阐述了如何通过Lab VIEW软件编程实现泄漏率自动测试程序,其中包括阀门控制、数据采集和存储、被测腔体氢气摩尔量变化曲线和泄漏率数据的实时输出以及Excel报表自动生成的功能。实验研究结果表明:该泄漏率测试程序能够满足此类系统的测试需求,所搭建的测试系统密封良好可用于储氢材料性能测试。
Hydrogen storage material performance testing includes PCT curve and kinetic curve of the test, generally based on the principle of volume method to complete the test device. Since test methods determine that test results are very sensitive to hydrogen leaks, it is necessary to evaluate the leak rate of the system before conducting the relevant tests. In order to make the leakage rate assessment process more scientific, standardized, reliable and efficient, this paper systematically introduces the test principle, flow and key points about the leakage rate, and elaborates how to realize the automatic test program of leakage rate through the programming of Lab VIEW software, These include valve control, data acquisition and storage, real-time output of the measured molar volume of hydrogen in the chamber and leak rate data, and automatic generation of Excel reports. The experimental results show that the leak rate test program can meet the test requirements of such systems, and the test system built with good sealing can be used for hydrogen storage material performance testing.
