以魔芋芽鞘为试材,研究了2种不同激素组配方式对魔芋芽鞘外植体脱分化与愈伤组织诱导的效应。结果表明:2种不同激素组配方式对魔芋芽鞘外植体脱分化启动与愈伤组织诱导效果差异明显,表现在无论静态的膨大率与愈伤诱导率,还是动态的出愈速度差异均处于显著水平(P<0.05或P<0.01);综合各种效应变量,培养基中6-BA∶NAA为1.0∶2.0或KT∶2,4-D为0.5∶2.0或1.0∶2.0是魔芋芽鞘外植体诱导愈伤组织的合适激素配比条件。
Taking the konjac bud as the test material, the effects of two different hormone combinations on the dedifferentiation and callus induction of the konjak bud sheath explants were studied. The results showed that there were significant differences in the initiation of dedifferentiation and callus induction of Konjak bud sheath explants with two different hormonal combinations, both in terms of static swelling rate and callus induction rate, or dynamic recovery rate (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Combining various effect variables, 6-BA: NAA was 1.0: 2.0 or KT: 2,4-D was 0.5: 2.0 or 1.0: 2.0 in the medium. Appropriate hormone matching conditions of callus induced by sheath explants.
