随着我国改革开放政策的实施,中小企业在发展外向型经济方面显得尤为活跃。许多优秀企业家借鉴我国古代军事哲学名著《孙子兵法》的战略、策略、战术思想,用于企业的经营管理,使企业得到长足发展。研究孙子兵法在企业经营管理中的应用,无论在挖掘和继承我国优秀文化遗产方面,还是对于深化改革、促进发展、办好社会主义企业,都具有重要的理论和实践意义。本文仅就孙子兵法在外向型中小企业产品推销策略中的几个常用战术作些探讨。
With the implementation of China’s reform and opening up policy, SMEs are particularly active in developing export-oriented economy. Many outstanding entrepreneurs use the strategy, tactics, and tactics of Sun Tzu’s Art of War, an ancient military philosophy masterpiece of China, to use it for the management of the enterprise and enable the company to develop by leaps and bounds. Studying the application of Sun Tzu’s Art of War in enterprise management has important theoretical and practical significance both in digging and inheriting the excellent cultural heritage of our country, and in deepening reform, promoting development, and running a socialist enterprise. This article only discusses several commonly used tactics of Sun Tzu’s art of warfare in its export strategy for export-oriented SMEs.
