对比了顶部凹陷锥柱形隔膜和无顶部凹陷结构锥柱形隔膜的翻转特性,分析了凹陷深度、锥角、隔膜厚度等结构特征参数对顶部凹陷锥柱形隔膜翻转特性的影响规律。结果表明:凹陷深度只会影响隔膜翻转的初始屈曲状态,锥角主要对后屈曲状态产生影响,隔膜厚度则对整个翻转过程产生影响。与无顶部凹陷锥柱形隔膜相比,顶部凹陷锥柱形隔膜更容易出现偏心、褶皱等失效行为。
The fluttering characteristics of cone-shaped diaphragm with top depression and cone-shaped diaphragm without depression were compared. The influence of structural parameters such as depth of depression, cone angle and thickness of diaphragm on the turnover characteristics of cone-shaped diaphragm with top depression was analyzed. The results show that the indentation depth affects only the initial buckling state of the diaphragm, the cone angle mainly affects the post-buckling condition, and the diaphragm thickness affects the entire turning process. Compared with the non-top recessed cone-shaped diaphragm, the top-recessed cone-shaped diaphragm is more prone to eccentric, wrinkles and other failure behavior.
