目的研究帕金森病(PD)患者智能障碍与年龄、性别、病程、脑萎缩、脑功能和脑局部血流量(rCBF)的相关性。方法采用长谷川简易智能评价分度表(HDS)测试76例PD患者智能,并检查其头颅CT、脑电地形图(BEAM)和133Xe吸入法测定rCBF。结果智能障碍PD患者,HDS值与年龄呈负相关(r=-0.71,P<0.01),与大脑平均血流量呈正相关(r=0.67,P<0.01);而与性别和病程无相关性。智能障碍PD患者存在脑萎缩,双侧额叶、顶叶和中央区rCBF比智能正常PD患者显著降低(P<0.01),而该区BEAMθ、δ相对功率显著增加(P<0.01)。结论PD患者的智能与年龄、脑萎缩、脑功能和rCBF密切相关,而与性别、病程无相关性。
Objective To investigate the relationship between mental retardation and age, sex, disease course, brain atrophy, brain function and cerebral blood flow (rCBF) in patients with Parkinson’s disease (PD). Methods Sixty-six patients with PD were tested for intelligence using the Hasegawa Simple Intelligent Rating Scale (HDS) and examined for head and brain CT, BEAM and 133Xe inhalation for rCBF. Results There was a negative correlation between HDS and age (r = -0.71, P <0.01), and a positive correlation with mean cerebral blood flow (r = 0.67, P <0.01) No correlation with gender and course of disease. The patients with PD had brain atrophy. The rCBF in bilateral frontal lobe, parietal lobe and central area were significantly lower than those in normal PD (P <0.01), while the relative power of BEAMθ and δ in this area was significantly increased (P <0.01 ). Conclusion The intelligence of PD patients is closely related to age, brain atrophy, brain function and rCBF, but not to gender and duration.
