在锻压加工中,润滑剂的重要作用已被越来越多的锻造工作者所认识。在使用润滑剂时,由于锻造工艺不同,锻造温度差异,加热时间长短等因素,对润滑剂的要求也有所不同,所以选用一种合适的润滑剂是锻造工艺和生产的一个较为重要的问题。现在一般根据锻造时的温度将锻造工艺分成冷锻(室温~200℃),温锻(200~800℃)及热锻(800~1200℃)三大类。通常润滑剂也可按这样的温度范围及工艺特点加以划分和选用。这是一个简便而有效的方法。
