作者应用放射免疫法对19例早期结节病患者做免疫球蛋白轻链测定,并评价它对结节病的诊断价值。检测分2次进行,首次是对确诊后0～20(平均9)个月内的结节病患者进行测定。19例中,男11、女8例,平均年龄33(22～66)岁。均有典型的结节病临床症状和胸片改变,9例属于Ⅰ期,10例属Ⅱ期。用放射免疫法分别测定19例的κ链、λ链及总轻链的含量。第1次测定4例轻链值高。平均于28个月后进行第2次轻链测定,有2例患者轻链值升高,其中1例第1次测定轻链值正常,1个月后,患者胸片见两侧肺门淋巴结肿大,红斑结节蔓延,43个月后进行第2次轻链值测定,总轻链值升高,肺部伴有浸润性改变。另1例第2次测定,表现为λ链值升高。
The authors used radioimmunoassay in 19 patients with early sarcoidosis immunoglobulin light chain assay, and evaluate its diagnostic value of sarcoidosis.
