一是注重创新形式,体现灵活性。积极探索面向社会公开选拔、空缺岗位横向比选、后备干部动态管理、中层干部竞争上岗、事业单位聘任竞岗等多种选拔方式,确保把最优秀的人才选拔上来,实现人适其岗、人尽其才。2007年,面向全国公开选拔了26名科级干部;今年3月,在全县范围内公开选拔了6名乡镇党委书记,公推比选产生了6名乡镇长人选。
First, pay attention to innovative forms, reflecting flexibility. Actively explore a variety of selection methods such as open selection for the public, horizontal selection and selection of vacancies, dynamic management of reserve cadres, competition for posts of middle-level cadres and employment of competitive posts by public institutions to ensure selection of the best talents and realization of suitable positions and talents. In 2007, 26 state-level cadres were openly selected nationwide; in March this year, six township and town party secretaries were publicly selected within the county and 6 township presidents were selected for public service.
