非煤矿山的安全培训效果与非煤矿山的安全生产有着密切的联系,因此研究安全培训评估体系是十分必要的。本文根据在衡阳市安全培训中心所收集的140份有效问卷,针对问卷统计情况建立AHP—模糊综合评价模型,得出影响安全培训效果的4个一级指标中,权重最大的是学员安全意识,比重达到56.56%;15个二级指标中对安全培训效果影响最大的是“预防为主”意识,比重达到25%。由各层指标权重和问卷调查所统计的数据,应用模糊综合评价法得出安全培训效果的总体评价为优秀。最后结合各指标对安全评价效果的影响程度,有针对性地为非煤矿山安全培训体系的完善提出了合理的建议。
The effect of safety training in non-coal mines is closely related to the safety in non-coal mines. Therefore, it is necessary to study the safety training evaluation system. According to the 140 valid questionnaires collected in Hengyang Safety Training Center, this paper establishes AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model according to the statistics of the questionnaire, and draws the four safety indicators of the first level, the most important is the safety awareness of trainees, The proportion of 56.56%; 15 secondary indicators of the most impact on the safety training effect is “prevention-based ” awareness, the proportion of 25%. According to the weight of each index and the data collected from the questionnaire survey, the overall evaluation of the effect of safety training using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is excellent. In the end, combined with the impact of each index on the safety assessment results, some reasonable suggestions are put forward to improve the safety training system for non-coal mines in a targeted manner.
