本文叙述了低硒条件下蛋氨酸缺乏对心肌的损伤作用。实验结果表明,低硒饲料能引起心肌超微结构改变,心肌细胞色素氧化酶和琥珀酸脱氢酶活性下降,全血和组织GSH-Px活性下降,血清和组织的丙二醛MDA值升高。而低硒和低蛋氯酸的复合作用导致上述测试指标明显改变,进一步加重心肌损伤。
This article describes the role of methionine deficiency in myocardial injury under low selenium conditions. The results showed that the low-selenium diet could induce myocardial ultrastructure changes, myocardial cytochrome oxidase and succinate dehydrogenase activity decreased, whole blood and tissue GSH-Px activity decreased serum and tissue malondialdehyde MDA value increased . The combination of low selenium and low-acid result in significant changes in the above test indicators, further aggravating myocardial injury.
