在模拟生物活性炭滤池中炭料生物膜环境条件下,研究了完美美丽猛水蚤摄食伤寒沙门氏菌和肠出血性大肠杆菌O157∶H7并保护其抵抗氯消毒灭活的情况。结果表明:猛水蚤对两种病原菌均有摄食能力并且没有选择性。在摄食时间为12 h的条件下,猛水蚤更容易吞食伤寒沙门氏菌;而当摄食时间增至24 h时,猛水蚤对伤寒沙门氏菌的摄食能力降低,对肠出血性大肠杆菌的摄食能力明显增强。同时,氯消毒后的混合液中无细菌及病原菌检出,而经超声破碎后混合液中又有一定数量的细菌和病原菌检出,证明猛水蚤可以保护体内病原菌免受氯消毒的影响。
Under simulated carbon biofilm conditions in biofilter, the effects of intact and beautiful flies on salmonella typhimurium and enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli O157: H7 were studied and their inactivation against chlorine disinfection was studied.
