我是搞话剧表演的,从党的十一届三中全会前后才开始从事剧本创作。几十年来深切体会到公式化、概念化、干巴巴说教的作品是极不爱群众欢迎的,也使我们这些在舞台上直接和观众见面的人多么尴尬,那些作品不仅起不到“教育”作用,有时还会起反作用。三中全会以后,尤其是胡耀邦同志在戏剧创作座谈会上的讲话发表以后,我从心底里觉得有一种解放感。胡启立同志的“祝词”,更明确的宣布了
