日本通产省制定了21世纪煤炭技术战略,它提示了以发电为中心的煤炭利用技术和包括海外煤炭资源的开发技术规划等要求,以2030年为目标,提出了由煤炭火力发电的CO_2排放量为零等各种数值目标。
The Ministry of International Trade and Industry has formulated a coal technology strategy for the 21st century. It has indicated the requirements for coal utilization technology centered on power generation and development technology planning including overseas coal resources. With the goal of 2030, CO2 emissions from coal thermal power generation have been proposed. The amount is zero and other numerical targets.
