社会发展加快了我国行政事业单位的新一步改革,改革重点是国有资产各事项的管理,其也是管理难点.现阶段,很多行政事业单位存在着历史性改革遗留问题,在一定程度上阻碍了行政事业单位的健康发展.对此,针对改变行政事业单位的国有资产现存问题,结合社会经济发展制度及政策,提出相应的管理措施非常必要.

以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚己二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯(PCL2000)和羟基硅油(PDMS)为主要原料,合成了一系列有机硅改性的水性聚氨酯(PU)涂层。采用红外光谱、粒径分析、差示扫描量热、热重分析、接触角分析、偏光显微分析等表征了材料的结构与性能。将涂覆了改性PU涂层的面板浸泡在河水中,对比了不同质量分数PDMS的PU涂层的实际防污效果。结果表明:随着w(PDMS)的增加,涂层的热稳定性增加,表面自由能逐渐降低至13.87 mJ/m2;PDMS的引入降低了PU涂层的弹性模量和玻璃
