创业板的脚本越来越近了!今年两会期间,“建立创业板市场”被写入政府年度报告。中国证监会主席尚福林明确表示:“创业板的相关管理办法4月份肯定会拿出来向社会公开征求意见。”而事实是,3月23日证监会就已经拿出《首次公开发行股票并在创业板上市管理办法》并正式向社会公开征求意见,创业板呼之欲出。中国决策层的急切与力推才有了创业板这一路的急行军。然而当下适逢弱市的非常时期,对于即将推出的创业板业界多了些担忧与顾虑。
