目的:研究蹲墙功对大学生心理健康水平的影响.方法:在北京中医药大学筛选合格受试者62人,随机分为实验组和对照组.其中,实验组30人(男生14人,女生16人,平均年龄=20.27±1.76岁),进行连续4周蹲墙功锻炼,对照组32人(男生16人,女生16人,平均年龄=20.84± 1.30岁),4周内不进行体育锻炼.采用《症状自评量表(SCL-90)》对受试者进行心理测试,比较实验组锻炼前后心理健康水平变化情况,以及实验组和对照组实验前后的组间差异,并进一步分析实验组男生和实验组女生各自实验前后心理健康水平的变化情况.结果:实验组与对照组:(1)组内差异:通过4周的蹲墙功锻炼,实验组在躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执、精神病性和总均分的分值上降低极明显(P<0.01),在恐怖和其他因子的分值上降低显著,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)组间差异:4周蹲墙功锻炼以后,实验组在抑郁分值上与对照组相比降低显著,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).实验组男生:4周锻炼后,实验组男生在强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、恐怖和其他因子的分值上降低显著(P<0.05),总均分上降低极显著,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).实验组女生:通过4周的锻炼,实验组女生在人际关系敏感和偏执的分值上降低显著(P<0.05),在躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、精神病性和总均分的分值上降低极显著,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:4周的蹲墙功锻炼可以提升大学生整体心理健康水平,特别是对抑郁的改善较为明显;此外,蹲墙功对男女生心理健康水平影响存在差异性,对女生心理健康水平影响较为明显.“,”Objective:To examine the effect of Dunqiang Qigong on the mental health of university students.Methods:A total of 62 subjects from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into experimental group [n=30,14 males and 16 females,mean age=(20.27±1.76) years] and control group [n=32,16 males and 16 females,mean age=(20.84±1.30) years].The experimental group completed Dunqiang Qigong over a fourweek period,and the control group didn't do any exercise.The mental health was measured in two groups by Symptom Check-list 90 (SCL-90).The mental health index was compared in the experimental group before and after the experiment,and the differences of mental health indexes were compared between experimental group and control group before and after the experiment.We analyzed the mental health indexes changes in the experimental group of male and female before and after the experiment.Results:(1) Differences within the group:After 4 weeks exercises,the scores of somatization,obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,paranoid ideation,psychoticism and total average index significantly decreased in the experimental group (P<0.01),meanwhile the scores of phobic anxiety and additional items significantly decreased in the experimental group (P<0.05),compared with before the experiment;(2) Differences between groups:the experimental group showed lower depression scores than the control group (P<0.05) after the experiment.Experimental group of male:After 4 weeks exercises,the scores of obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,phobic anxiety and additional items significantly decreased (P<0.05),meanwhile the scores of total average index significantly decreased (P<0.01),compared with before the experiment.Experimental group of female:After 4 weeks exercises,the scores of interpersonal sensitivity and paranoid ideation significantly decreased (P<0.05) and the scores of somatization,obsessive-compulsive,depression,anxiety,hostility,psychoticism and total average index significantly decreased (P<0.01) compared with before the experiment.Conclusion:After 4 weeks exercises,the Dunqiang Qigong can improve the overall mental health of university students,especially the improvement of depression more obvious;In addition,the Dunqiang Qigong shows different influence on male and female's mental health,and more obvious impact on female's mental health.
