蚕蛹油富含大量不饱和脂肪酸,具有极高的营养价值和经济价值,用途广泛,拥有广阔的应用前景。论述了采用有机溶剂浸提法从蚕蛹中提取蚕蛹油的最佳工艺技术。以固液比(溶剂用量)、浸提时间、浸提温度为因素,蚕蛹油出油率为考察指标,采用单因素试验和正交试验法优化蚕蛹油的石油醚浸提工艺,试验结果表明:蚕蛹中油脂最佳提取工艺参数为固液比1∶20,浸提时间6 h,浸提温度40℃。在此条件下,蚕蛹油得率为31.70%,蚕蛹油呈透明的淡黄色,测得酸价6.73 mg/g,过氧化值4.96 meq/kg,均符合国家食用油标准。
Silkworm pupa oil is rich in a large number of unsaturated fatty acids, with high nutritional value and economic value, wide range of uses, has a broad application prospects. The best technology of extracting pupa oil from silkworm pupa by organic solvent extraction is discussed. The solid-liquid ratio (amount of solvent), extraction time, extraction temperature and silkworm pupa oil extraction rate were investigated. The petroleum ether extraction technology of silkworm pupae was optimized by single factor test and orthogonal test. The results showed that The optimal extraction parameters of oil in silkworm pupae were solid-liquid ratio 1:20, extraction time 6 h, extraction temperature 40 ℃. Under this condition, the pupa oil yield was 31.70%. The pupae oil showed a transparent yellowish color. The acid value was 6.73 mg / g and the peroxide value was 4.96 meq / kg, all of which met the national edible oil standards.
