本文主要探讨高职院校毕业生就业难的的问题。通过对高职院校毕业生就业难的主客观原因分析,提出了高职院校应该从职业指导和人才培养改革两个角度来解决毕业生就业难问题。例如:加强对学生进行就业观念、就业心理、就业信息、以及社会适应度的指导;改革高职院校人才培养模式,提高毕业生就业竞争力以及学生专业技能和职业素养。本文通过对解决毕业生就业难问题的探讨,可以为各高职院校解决毕业生就业问题提供一定的参考依据。
This article mainly discusses the employment of graduates of vocational colleges is difficult. Through the analysis of the subjective and objective reasons for the difficulty in obtaining employment for higher vocational college graduates, it is proposed that higher vocational colleges should solve the problem of employment difficulties for graduates from the perspective of career guidance and personnel training and reform. For example: to strengthen the employment concept of students, employment psychology, employment information, and social fitness guidance; reform of higher vocational college personnel training mode to improve the employment competitiveness of graduates and students’ professional skills and professionalism.
