关于受众权益,在传媒的不同发展阶段体现了受众的不同追求,其语义也显示出不同的含义,适用范围也不尽相同。在大众传播媒介的发展初级阶段,知情权是受众争取的主要内容;随着传播媒介进入发展阶段,话语权成为受众关注的重要内容;到了传播媒介的繁荣阶段,反论权又进入了人们的视野;进入媒介融合的信息社会,监督权又成了传播赋予受众的神圣权利。广播电视传媒由于其传播和接受方式的多样化,受众权益则更为复杂和多元,具有较为丰富的研究价值和实践指导意义。
Regarding the rights and interests of the audience, the different pursuits of the audience are embodied in different stages of development of the media. Their semantics also show different meanings and their scope of application is also different. At the initial stage of the development of the mass media, the right to know is the main content that the audience is gaining. As the mass media enters the stage of development, the right to speak becomes an important part of the audience’s attention. Due to the diversification of their broadcasting and reception modes, the rights and interests of the radio and television media are more complicated and diverse. They have rich research value and practical guiding significance.
