自改革开放以来,中国国际交流、社会经济与人文观念已发生了根本性的变化,全国各高校的设计教育急速扩展,目前中国已经发展到300个以上的院校和专业,但我们的设计却在国际上默默无闻,真正意义上的教学能力和对社会经济贡献仍显得实力不足。这对整个设计界来讲不能不说是可悲的现象。原因在于因为设计教育的发展只是量的增加,而缺乏根本的质的改变。中国的设计教育肩负着培育21世纪创新人才的重任,承载着对人类的终极关怀和追求人类的永恒价值。因此,我们对设计教育培养人才的改革目标应围绕着具有“国际文化视野、中国文化特色、符合知识经济时代需求”来进行。
Since the reform and opening up, China’s international exchanges, socio-economic and cultural concepts have undergone fundamental changes. The design and education of universities and colleges in all over the country have rapidly expanded. At present, China has developed more than 300 institutions and majors, but our design has Obscured in the international community, the true sense of teaching and social and economic contributions still seem insufficient strength. This can not be said for the entire design community is a sad phenomenon. The reason is because the development of design education is only a quantitative increase, but the lack of a fundamental qualitative change. China’s design education shoulders the task of nurturing innovative talents in the 21st century, bearing the ultimate concern for mankind and the eternal pursuit of mankind. Therefore, we should focus on the reform goal of designing education and training qualified personnel with the theme of “international cultural perspective, Chinese cultural characteristics, in line with the needs of the knowledge-based economy”.
