对于2007年北京的纺织品服装出口来说,应该是机会和挑战并存。一方面,欧美设限重新启动,人民币继续升值,贸易摩擦,环境污染使出口形式不容乐观;另一方面,北京市政府大力推进时装之都建设、服装纺织品以及时尚展示会博览会接连举办、信息人才优势日益明显又使得北京成为最有发展潜力的时装中心。产业链升级、打造高附加值产品势在必行。
For the textile and apparel exports in Beijing in 2007, opportunities and challenges should exist. On the one hand, Europe and the United States set a limit to restart, the renminbi continued to appreciate, trade frictions and environmental pollution made the export form not optimistic; on the other hand, the Beijing Municipal Government vigorously promoted the construction of the capital of fashion, clothing, textiles, and fashion exhibition fairs held in succession and information talents. The increasingly obvious advantages make Beijing become the most fashionable fashion center. Upgrading the industrial chain and creating high value-added products are imperative.
