目的了解医院抗抑郁药的应用现状及变化趋势。方法对2008年至2010年抗抑郁药的应用数据进行统计,按销售金额、用药频度等进行分析。结果使用的抗抑郁药有8类16个品种,销售金额呈逐年上升趋势。结论5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂、选择性5-羟色胺及去甲肾上腺素再摄取抑制剂、去甲肾上腺素及特异性5-羟色胺能抗抑郁药为临床首选。国产的新型抗抑郁药使用频度超过进口同类品种。
Objective To understand the current status and trends of antidepressants in hospitals. Methods The data of antidepressants from 2008 to 2010 were collected and analyzed according to sales amount, medication frequency and so on. Results There were 8 types and 16 varieties of antidepressants used, and the sales volume showed an upward trend year by year. Conclusion Serotonin reuptake inhibitors, selective serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors, norepinephrine and specific serotonergic antidepressants are the first choice for clinical practice. Domestic new antidepressants use more frequently than imported similar species.
