本文主要对玉米抽丝后籽粒体积、鲜重、干重和含水量不同时期的变化进行了探讨。了解这些籽粒性状的变化,对于玉米育种和生产上都具有一定的参考作用。一、材料和方法试验于1987年春在抚顺市农业科学研究所试验地进行,试验材料为21个单交种和17个亲本自交系。田间顺序排列,每份材料为1小区,每小区4行,行长5米,行距为0.57米,株距为0.37米,抽丝期选中间20株(没有边行优势,发育基本相近的单株),雌穗抽丝2厘米长记
In this paper, the changes of grain volume, fresh weight, dry weight and water content in different periods after corn spinning were discussed. Understanding of these changes in grain traits, for corn breeding and production have a certain reference. I. Materials and Methods The experiment was conducted in Fushun City Institute of Agricultural Sciences in the spring of 1987. The test materials were 21 single cross and 17 parental inbred lines.
