研究采用5种形状搅拌头搅拌摩擦焊接拼焊板。在相同搅拌摩擦焊工艺参数下研究了拼焊板的成形性。研究结果表明,与其他形状搅拌头相比,方形搅拌头制备的拼焊板具有更好的成形性,这是由于方形搅拌头具有搏动效应。显微组织研究表明,与方形搅拌头相比,锥形和阶梯圆柱状搅拌头焊接板材的搅拌区组织更不均匀,导致成形性较差。方形搅拌头的极限顶高为14 mm,而锥形和阶梯圆柱状搅拌的极限顶高分别为12.5 mm和12.4 mm。
Research using five kinds of shape mixing head friction stir welding welding plate. The formability of the tailor welded plate was studied under the same friction stir welding parameters. The results show that, compared with other shape of the mixing head, the square-shaped welding head prepared tailor-welded plate has better formability, which is due to the pulsation effect of the square mixing head. Microstructural studies have shown that, compared to a square mixing head, tapered and stepped cylindrical head welding plates have a more uneven mixing zone, resulting in poor formability. The square head has a maximum head height of 14 mm, while the cone-shaped and stepped cylindrical heads have a maximum head height of 12.5 mm and 12.4 mm, respectively.
