2003年,宁夏回族自治区财政投资评审中心共完成政府、财政等部门的评审项目84项,其中:审查预(结)决算资金1.11亿元,审定金额9869万元,审减2209万元,平均审减率19.9%;编制预算2.08亿元;审查编制竣工财务决算3.01亿元。经过几年来的工作实践,宁夏财政投资评审工作取得显著成效:一是为国家节约大量财政建设资金,充分发挥了对财政资金的监管作用。二是规范完善了基本建设项目竣工决算的审批程序。三是强化了财政预算资金在建设项目中的合理有效使用,减少了浪费现象。随着财政支持经济发展力度的进一步加大,财政投资评审工作也将更加重要。正如自治区财政厅厅长陶源近日对宁夏财政投资评审工作指示中讲的:财
