目的观察司帕沙星联合三金片治疗非淋菌性尿道炎的有效性。方法68例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组38例患者口服司帕沙星300mg/次,每日1次,加服三金片3片/次,每日3次,疗程14d;对照组30例患者单独口服司帕沙星300mg,每日2次,疗程14d。结果观察组总有效率94.7%(36/38),病原清除率93.3%(42/45);对照组总有效率76.6%(23/30),病原清除率71.1%(27/38),差异具有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论司帕沙星联合三金片治疗非淋菌性尿道炎较单独应用司帕沙星治疗非淋菌性尿道炎有效。
Objective To observe the effectiveness of sparfloxacin combined with three gold tablets in the treatment of non-gonococcal urethritis. Methods A total of 68 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. 38 patients in observation group were given sparfloxacin 300mg once daily, three times daily for three days, three times daily for 14 days. Control group of 30 patients oral sparfloxacin 300mg twice daily for 14 days. Results The total effective rate was 94.7% (36/38) in the observation group and 93.3% (42/45) in the observation group. The total effective rate in the control group was 76.6% (23/30) and the pathogen clearance rate was 71.1% (27/38) Significant significance (P <0.01). Conclusion Sparfloxacin combined with three gold tablets in the treatment of non-gonococcal urethritis than sparing-new single use of sparfloxacin treatment of non-gonococcal urethritis effective.
