随着科学技术快速发展,计算机、信息技术逐渐渗透社会各领域,为电子政务建设提供了极大的支持,其中行政审批作为政务工作的一项基础性工作,涉及方法、重点及内容等多个方面,特别是在新时期下,行政工作量日渐增加,传统手工工作模式已经无法满足档案管理需求,构建行政审批档案信息体系已经在全国范围内开展,但在信息化管理工作中存在一些不足,在一定程度上影响了管理水平的提升。本文从档案信息化概念入手,分析行政审批档案信息化的重要意义,并围绕着笔者工作中遇到的问题提出相应解决对策。
