采用双波长薄层扫描法测定了不同采收时期、不同刀次的大青叶中靛玉红的含量。结果表明,靛玉红含量与大青叶采收时间、刀次和色泽相关。
The content of indirubin in Daqingye with different harvesting times and different cutting times was determined by dual-wavelength thin layer scanning. The results showed that the content of indirubin was related to harvest time, knife times, and color of Daqingye.
