钟山脚下,秦淮河畔,南京以其六朝古都的底蕴映衬出海军指挥学院——中国海军最高学府所走过的50年的光辉岁月。 海军指挥学院的前身是由刘伯承担任院长的中国人民解放军军事学院海军系,创建于1952年5月16日;1957年10月8日,扩建为海军军事学院;1960年10月1日改称海军学院;1973年,中央军委决定在原海军学院院址组建海军军政干部学校;1978年1月,海军军政干部学校恢复为海军学院;1986年6月9日改称海军指挥学院。
At the foot of Zhongshan Mountain, along the banks of the Qinhuai River, Nanjing uses the background of its ancient capital of the Six Dynasties to reflect the glorious years of the 50 years that the Navy’s Command College, the highest institution of the Chinese navy, has gone through. The predecessor of the Navy Command College was the Naval Department of the PLA Military Academy, which is headed by Liu Bocheng. It was founded on May 16, 1952; it was expanded as a naval military academy on October 8, 1957; renamed the navy on October 1, 1960 In 1973, the Central Military Commission decided to set up naval and military cadres ’schools at the former naval academy site. In January 1978, the Navy’s military and civilian cadres’ schools were re-established as the Naval Academy; on June 9, 1986, they were renamed the Naval Command College.
