利用有限元分析方法对φ6.2 m×9.5m球磨机轴承进行应力计算分析,得出轴承各零部件的应力分布云图。结果表明,此轴承结构设计合理,应力强度满足设计要求,为新产品的开发提供了可靠的理论依据。
The finite element analysis method is used to calculate the stress of φ6.2 m × 9.5m ball mill bearing, and the stress distribution of each part of the bearing is obtained. The results show that the bearing structure is designed reasonably and the stress intensity meets the design requirements, which provides a reliable theoretical basis for the development of new products.
