本文就最近研制的适于作新结构钢的TMCP型低温碳素钢板(相当于SLA33B和SLA37钢)和TMCP型低温低镍钢板(相当于SLA37钢),在讨论这些钢的各种强度的同时,还着重讨论了母材以及由此类钢板制成的大线能量焊接接头断裂韧性,要点归纳如下: (1)明确指出TMCP型低温钢板具有优良的强度性能,同时,作者们还认为在其它性能中它还具有极好的脆性裂纹传播终止特性。 (2)作者们也充分肯定了这类钢即使在-50~-60℃时大线能量焊接接头区也具有高韧性。 (3)作者们还证实,这类钢完全可以应用于诸如低温液化石油气罐、北极海域海洋结构等大型结构物。
In this paper, recently developed TMCP low temperature carbon steel plate (equivalent to SLA33B and SLA37 steel) and TMCP low temperature and low nickel steel plate (equivalent to SLA37 steel) suitable for new structural steel, while discussing various strengths of these steels , The fracture toughness of the base metal and the large wire energy welded joint made of the steel plate are also discussed emphatically.
