青藏铁路格拉段主要位于青藏高原东南部,所经区域工程地质条件复杂,气候条件特殊,各种地质病害重,主要包括地震、冻融、崩滑流(崩塌、滑坡、泥石流)、和风沙风雪等,对铁路安全的运行造成不利影响。地质病害的发育和分布主要受到区域构造活动、地形地貌和气候条件的控制。为此,分别针对不同的地质病害,探讨其分布特征,并进行综合分析。根据病害发育的差异性,划分为两大地质病害类型区:以风沙冻融病害为主的北部区和以地震、崩滑流病害为主的南部区。
