采用高合金堆焊药芯焊丝对9CrMoV轧辊钢基体表层进行堆焊修复,焊后分别对堆焊试样进行空冷、砂冷及淬火回火处理。采用金相显微镜观察以及磨损试验对焊后不同处理条件下的熔覆层组织及耐磨性进行对比分析。结果表明:焊后不同处理条件熔覆层组织以及耐磨性具有较大的差异,焊后空冷条件下熔覆层主要为粗大的片状马氏体,耐磨性较差;焊后砂冷条件下,粗大的片状马氏体减少,出现部分细小的板条马氏体,同时耐磨性提高;当焊后处理条件为调质时,熔覆层几乎全部为细小的板条回火马氏体,并出现部分贝氏体,耐磨性较高。
The surfacing welding of 9CrMoV roll steel substrate was carried out by using high-alloy surfacing flux-cored welding wire. After welding, the surfacing samples were respectively air-cooled, sand-cooled and quenched and tempered. The microstructure and wear resistance of cladding layer under different treatment conditions were compared by metallographic microscope observation and wear test. The results show that the microstructure and wear resistance of the cladding layer after welding are different greatly. The cladding layer is mainly coarse flaky martensite after air-cooling under the air-cooling condition, and the wear resistance is poor. Under the condition, the coarse sheet-like martensite decreases, and some fine lath martensite appears, and the wear resistance improves. When the post-welding conditions are tempering, almost all of the cladding layer is thin slab tempering Martensite, and some bainite, higher wear resistance.
