党的十八届五中全会提出,要加强和创新社会治理,推进社会治理精细化,构建全民共建共享的社会治理格局。对此,彭州市紧紧围绕平安社区创建活动,坚持以创新多元化社会治理体系为突破口,充分发挥群众主体作用,全力打造“自治好、管理好、服务好、治安好、环境好、风尚好”平安示范社区,基本形成了党委领导、政府主导、社会协同、公众参与、法治保障的社会治理新格局,有力促进了群众在社区治理、基层公共事务和公益事业中实现自我管理、自我服务、自我教育和自我监督。
